2. Identify what’s driving business performance and recommend improvements.

3. Find trends across markets and suggest offer or strategy changes.

4. Support omnichannel pricing plans with the pricing team.

5. Build tools to help train and develop sales associates.

6. Work with merchandising to analyze product assortment impact.

7. Use market data to find opportunities to grow market share.

8. Use tools like Power BI and AI to turn data into fast, actionable insights.

9. Weekly/monthly present reporting to US leaders.

1. Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related majors.

2. Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of Financial Analysis or Data Analysis;
• Hands-on experience in Retail industry is a strong plus.

3. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Business sense with strong financial analysis and forecasting skills.
• Proficient in SQL and other database tools, along with strong computer skills.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to find data-driven solutions.
