You will deliver brand-aligned visuals across all marketing and communication channels. The role requires expertise in design aesthetics, advanced software skills, and the application of AI tools to enhance the creative process. Your scope includes Graphic Design (70%); Video Production, Motion Graphics and Photography (30%).
Design and produce high-quality brand assets (key visuals, banners, videos, and motion graphics) for both digital and offline platforms.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all communication channels, adhering to Citics’ brand guidelines.
Utilize AI tools to enhance design processes and create innovative assets.
Update and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand resources.
Research industry trends and competitors’ visual strategies to keep Citics’ designs fresh and relevant.
Handle photography for mid-scale events and internal activities.
Identify, evaluate, and manage external related vendors for specific projects.
Support and deliver assigned projects from the line manager with high standards and on-time execution.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in tech companies or dynamic B2C startups.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Video Editor platforms (Premier, Capcut…) is a plus.
Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and video production.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
