Job Description

1. Purpose of Job: Assist the HR Manager in C&B operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processes that support business goals and employee engagement.

2. Key Responsibilities:

2.1. Payroll & Benefits

Prepare and verify monthly payroll, allowances, and deductions.

Ensure accurate, timely payroll and benefits administration.

Maintain employee records and contracts for audit readiness.

Coordinate welfare and engagement activities.

2.2 PIT & Insurance

Manage PIT declaration, payment, and finalization.

Handle social, health, and unemployment insurance procedures.

Support employees with insurance claims and ensure legal compliance.

2.3. Labor Contract Management

Prepare, renew, and track employment contracts.

Update HRIS with employee changes (transfer, promotion, exit).

Maintain accurate and confidential employee data.

2.4. C&B and Performance Support

Assist in reviewing and updating C&B policies.

Provide data for performance reviews, salary adjustments, and bonuses.

Gather feedback to improve retention and engagement.

2.5. Reporting & HR Support

Prepare C&B reports and ensure compliance with labor, tax, and insurance laws.

Support HR projects, salary surveys, and engagement initiatives.

Handle employee inquiries and coordinate with authorities as required.

2.6. Others

Support HR administration and submit statutory reports on time.

Track and consolidate KPIs and performance results.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related fields.

  • 2–4 years of experience in C&B or HR Generalist roles.

  • Good knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and PIT regulations.

  • Strong Excel skills and experience with HRIS systems.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

  • English proficiency (reading and writing) is an advantage.
