Job Description

This role oversees social media, advertising, promotions, events, customer relationship strategies, and partnerships with freelancers and agencies.

Brand Strategy & Planning

• Define clear marketing strategies, messaging, content pillars, objectives, and KPIs for the brand.

• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans & recaps to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth, and report to direct Manager.

• Lead the marketing calendar, campaigns, and performance reporting while managing the monthly budget.

Content, Social Media & Advertising

• Manage and create content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) in alignment with brand identity.

• Develop digital campaigns and coordinate closely with our Ads Specialist for optimized paid advertising.

• Work with our in-house designer and freelance photographers/videographers/other to produce engaging visuals, videos and content.

Partnerships & Customer Engagement

• Build and maintain partnerships with agencies, freelancers, brands, and collaborators.

• Implement customer relationship strategies to enhance loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.

Data & Performance Tracking

• Analyze campaign metrics, social media analytics, and customer insights.

• Adjust marketing strategies to optimize performance and ensure continuous improvement.

Activations, Events & Promotions

• Plan and coordinate in-house and external events, workshops, collaborations, and seasonal activations.

• Create promotional strategies, loyalty initiatives, and customer-engagement activities.

• Continuously propose fresh, creative marketing ideas aligned with trends and our target audience.

Job Requirement

•        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

•        Fluency in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).

•        Strong understanding of the F&B market - especially current trends and competitors.

•        Experience marketing to a young, urban audience (approx. 25-40 years old).

•        Strong grasp of social media, digital marketing, and content creation.

•        Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.

•        Creative thinker with a strategic and analytical mindset.
