Support the development and implementation of the Digital Marketing Experience Portfolio to maintain in scope portfolio management and sourcing activities on a day-to-day basis.
Execute standardized strategic sourcing processes when required within the Digital Marketing Experience Portfolio with the focus being on adding value to build and maintain strong working relationships with key Marketing Manager/Leader.
Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers in the Digital Marketing Experience Portfolio.
Proceed and follow up with Digital Marketing agencies and comply with procurement/company’s policy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, E-commerce, etc.) to ensure digital and e-commerce procurement needs are met.
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for fashion products, materials, retail-related goods, tools/equipment for brand operations, and event needs.
Participate in product development and marketing campaigns by ensuring the timely procurement of necessary digital assets.
Perform any other tasks or duties as directed by the Procurement Manager to support the overall operations of the Procurement department.
Job Requirement
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/working with marketing agencies.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEM, SEO.
Good at communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Good at planning and time management skills.
Enthusiastic, responsible, able to work under high pressure.
Proficient in the use of office computers, purchasing software systems, and word processing skills.
Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the Retail industry.
