Job Description

Build and develop a system of domestic and international rice suppliers.
Evaluate, select, and manage supplier capabilities, ensuring quality and standards are met.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and optimal purchasing policies.
Monitor supply status, forecast raw material needs, and ensure a stable source of goods.
Coordinate and supervise the team responsible for purchasing activities and supply operations.
Collaborate with the relevant departments to meet export order deadlines.
Manage risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans for market fluctuations.
Stay updated on rice raw material market trends and propose suitable purchasing strategies.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the rice or agricultural industry.
Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
Exceptional communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
Strong understanding of both domestic and international rice markets.
A solid understanding of supply chain, quality standards, and legal regulations related to agricultural and food products.
Ability to analyze data, forecast demand, and plan effectively.
