• Primary responsibility is generating sales of animal feed ingredients;
• Collection and reporting of market information;
• Follow up and coordination on contracts, shipping documents, shipment schedules, payments, etc;
• Checking shipping documents to ensure compliance with contract and LC terms;
• Update buyers on vessel ETA, coordinate with shipping line and suppliers on any issues;
• Keep proper records of contracts and related documents;
• Prepare weekly reports on contracts and shipments.
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Graduate degree, preferably from Foreign Trade College/University;
• From 03 years’ experience in similar position;
• Extensive relationships with purchase departments in the feed industry is a must;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
