Execute the full recruitment cycle for Operations Management and RSC positions (all Ops management levels and RSC Senior Officer and below).
Strengthen the company’s employer brand through various online and offline channels.
Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Promote a positive candidate experience to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and efficient recruitment process.
Develop diverse sourcing strategies to tap into new candidate pools and reduce time-to-fill.
Prepare part-time employee contracts and obtain approval from AOM.
Develop and implement online recruitment strategies to increase audience engagement and drive traffic.
Support management trainee programs at both the organizational and group levels to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles and succession planning.
Assist in training projects (LAR 1, LAR 2) to provide insights that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment strategies for RGM.
Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and organizational standards to mitigate risks and uphold ethical hiring practices.
Employee Documentation:
Manage personal documents of new employees for assigned restaurants/RSC to ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR procedures.
Reporting:
Conduct periodic recruitment reports to provide insights into recruitment activities and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Job Requirement
Education / Training Qualifications:
University or college graduate, Human Resources Management, or related fields are preferred.
Experience:
Knowledge / Skills / Personalities:
BA degree in Social Sciences/ Business Administration.
Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience HR Field.
Employment Law: Familiarity with local and regulations to ensure compliance during the hiring process
Recruitment Expertise: Deep knowledge of various recruiting techniques and platforms, from traditional job postings to the latest in digital and social media recruiting tools
Psychology of Hiring: Understanding of what motivates candidates, how to assess personality and fit, and the dynamics of decision-making in hiring
Knowledge / Skills / Personalities:
Knowledge of recruitment and experience in mass recruitment will be preferable
Good Computer skills, good English
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, negotiate, and influence candidates and hiring managers
Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and other related technology to streamline hiring processes.
Skills in branding and marketing to enhance employer branding efforts and attract top talent
Capability to make informed decisions quickly, balancing the needs of the organization with the best interests of candidates
Strong ethical standards and respect for confidentiality
High integrity and passion to work in a very fast paced industry
