We serve over 35,000 pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals with a mission to make healthcare more accessible and efficient. As we scale rapidly, recruitment must evolve from manual and reactive to systemized and data-driven, and that’s where this role comes in.

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition with strong headhunting skills and business mindset to lead full-cycle recruitment, focusing on pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors. The role demands problem-solving, collaboration across departments, strong organizational abilities, and excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for office and tech roles, primarily in pharmaceutical and FMCG industries.
• Lead proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and departments to ensure hiring aligns with business needs and timelines.
• Utilize AI-assisted recruitment tools to streamline candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement.
• Maintain organized recruitment workflows and accurate hiring metrics.
• Solve recruitment challenges by thinking strategically and communicating effectively across teams.
• Promote Buymed’s employer brand to attract quality candidates.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years full-cycle recruitment experience, specifically in pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors.
• Proven headhunting experience for mid to senior-level positions.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience applying AI or recruitment technology tools effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight hiring deadlines.
