Job Description

  • Identify and realize visual merchandise opportunities for all stores and provide timely and strategic direction.
  • Control in-store visuals and standards to ensure that brand guidelines are followed but are adaptive to different situations.
  • Ensure consistent application of global brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Analyze and control the budget to maximize the budget through appropriate allocation.
  • Efficient undertaking of monthly VM related administration procedures such as budgeting, prop sourcing and VM store visit report
  • Working closely with Merchandising team and marketing team to ensure the right product at the right location at the right time
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting execution challenges from the store team
  • Support VM Manager in preparing new locations as well as maintaining old locations
  • Planned and managed multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality requirements were met.
  • Provide training for new staff as well as reinforce guidelines/standards for store team regularly
  • Liaise with the international brand team to adapt and implement global VM guidelines efficiently.
  • Suppliers’ relationship and managing VM budget
  • Interfacing with Merchandising, Operations & Marketing departments
  • Other tasks assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Relevant experience within a retail sector in operations and / or merchandising
  • More than 5 years of relevant working experience in Retail / FMCG 

Qualification:

  • A college/university degree or higher, preferably in Design, Architecture or Marketing
