Stay up-to-date with platform updates, features, and best practices to maximize effectiveness. Product Integration: Coordinate with product teams to ensure seamless integration of products into social commerce platforms. Optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals to enhance the online shopping experience. Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop visually appealing and engaging content for social commerce. Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates product features and benefits. Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community among social media followers and customers. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social platforms to enhance customer satisfaction. Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social commerce efforts. Generate regular reports on key metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and revenue generated through social commerce channels. Collaboration with Influencers: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify social commerce efforts. Job Requirement
Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on social commerce.
In-depth knowledge of livestreaming, social platforms and emerging trends.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Creativity and a strong understanding of visual content creation.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies.
