The Job
We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Community to help grow and engage our online audience. You will focus on community engagement, interaction, and trend monitoring across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management
Handle user messages, comments, and inquiries across social media channels.
Interact with followers and creators to build an active and positive community.
Respond promptly and warmly to maintain a strong brand presence.
Creator & Audience Interaction
Engage with other creators’ content to improve visibility and relationship-building.
Participate in conversations, trends, and relevant discussions across platforms.
Trend Tracking & Social Listening
Monitor social media trends, trending topics, and viral formats.
Provide timely updates and suggestions for content ideas based on trends.
Stay alert to real-time conversations to ensure Salvia remains relevant and responsive.
Support to the Social Media Team
Work closely with the Community Operations team to align strategies.
Support basic content tasks when needed (e.g., preparing captions, selecting moments for posting).
Assist in maintaining consistency and activity across platforms.
Requirements
Strong interest in social media and online community engagement. (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube...)
High sensitivity to trends, viral content, and emerging conversations.
Good communication skills, especially in written responses and community interaction.
Proactive, fast-learning, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Good command of English (IELTS 5.5+ or equivalent).
Interest in Tarot, Astrology, or Spiritual services is a plus.

Working Location: Cobi Tower II, No. 2-4, Street No. 8, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (This position is remote for candidates based in Ha Noi or other provinces outside of Ho Chi Minh City)
Working hour: From Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
