Sourcing Specialist (Fluent Chinese)

Control new material parts: receive drawings from R&D, request quotations, compare prices, select supplier, request samples, update GSOP & info records, send details to order team.

Execute cost-down projects: request multiple quotations, select best option, request samples, coordinate mass trials, update BOM & GSOP.

Deliver samples to QC/R&D for testing and approval, ensure correct forms and specifications.

Sign documents: info records, mass trial forms, BOM changes, material requests, special use approvals.

Prepare samples for cost-down and localization projects: collect from warehouse or request from current supplier.

Attend meetings on new model progress with R&D, QC, and related departments.

Join meetings on cost-down project progress at the factory with R&D and QC.

Manage and update info records in the SAP system.

Handle sample invoice payments: track in Seamon system, prepare DN/payment voucher, explain price differences, submit to accounting.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or related fields.

Good command of Chinese. 

Fair English proficiency (reading, writing, and communication).

2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or quality-related positions in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of BOM, SAP, and cost control processes is an advantage.

Strong skills in negotiation, price comparison, and supplier evaluation.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects.

Good teamwork, communication, and reporting skills.
