• Prepare data for the brand's monthly shipments (15-20 shipments/ month).
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of existing and new product data.
• Automate the data input process to improve efficiency.
• Support the team in deploying new retail systems, tools, and platforms.
• Manage the payment process/ credit note tracking to Hermes International.
• Tracking Delivery claims.
• Support overview Operations efficiency at the store.
• After Sales overview.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Hermes Brand Management department.
