Prepare data for the brand's monthly shipments (15-20 shipments/ month).
Ensure the quality and accuracy of existing and new product data.
Automate the data input process to improve efficiency.
Support the team in deploying new retail systems, tools, and platforms.
Manage the payment process/ credit note tracking to Hermes International.
Tracking Delivery claims.
Support overview Operations efficiency at the store.
After Sales overview.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Hermes Brand Management department.
