Job Description

Khai báo và Theo dõi Thuế

- Chuẩn bị và nộp tờ khai thuế Giá trị gia tăng (GTGT) hằng tháng.

- Đề xuất các khoản tạm nộp thuế Thu nhập doanh nghiệp (TNDN) hàng quý dựa trên kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh.

- Lập tờ khai thuế Thu nhập cá nhân (TNCN) hằng tháng dựa trên bảng lương và tính toán thuế.

- Thực hiện các tờ khai thuế khác theo yêu cầu.

- Theo dõi và đảm bảo việc nộp thuế đúng hạn.

- Lưu trữ hồ sơ thuế và lập các báo cáo định kỳ hoặc phát sinh cho Ban lãnh đạo

Đối chiếu Dữ liệu và Quyết toán Thuế

- Rà soát các bút toán liên quan đến giao dịch thuế.

- Kiểm tra và theo dõi số liệu phát sinh, số thuế còn tồn.

- Đối chiếu dữ liệu thuế với kế toán định kỳ và hằng tháng.

- Thực hiện điều chỉnh và lập tờ khai bổ sung thuế theo đúng quy định.

- Đề xuất các điều chỉnh phù hợp theo quy định thuế.

- Lập báo cáo và tờ khai quyết toán thuế TNDN, TNCN.

- Xây dựng kế hoạch thuế và giám sát việc tuân thủ theo kế hoạch đã được phê duyệt.

Quản lý Hóa đơn

- Đăng ký và quản lý việc phát hành hóa đơn theo đúng quy định của pháp luật thuế.

- Thực hiện các thủ tục liên quan với cơ quan thuế và các cơ quan nhà nước khác (ví dụ: báo mất hóa đơn, điều chỉnh, thay thế...).

Làm việc với Cơ quan Thuế

- Trực tiếp trao đổi và phối hợp với cơ quan thuế về các vấn đề liên quan đến thuế.

- Nộp báo cáo quyết toán thuế TNDN và TNCN hằng năm cho cơ quan thuế.

- Xác nhận và đối chiếu dữ liệu thuế với cơ quan thuế khi cần thiết.

- Tham gia các đợt thanh tra, kiểm tra thuế do cơ quan thuế thực hiện.

- Giải quyết các vướng mắc liên quan đến thuế phát sinh với cơ quan chức năng.

- Đối chiếu định kỳ giữa tờ khai thuế và các khoản thuế đã nộp.

Cập nhật Quy định Thuế và Đào tạo Nội bộ

- Theo dõi, cập nhật kịp thời các chính sách và quy định thuế mới.

- Soạn thảo quy trình nội bộ liên quan đến thuế và tư vấn cho Ban lãnh đạo về việc áp dụng các quy định thuế mới vào hoạt động doanh nghiệp.

- Hướng dẫn thủ tục thuế cho các ngành nghề hoặc hoạt động kinh doanh mới.

- Thực hiện các thủ tục đăng ký, điều chỉnh thông tin thuế với cơ quan có thẩm quyền.

- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên hoặc Kế toán trưởng.

Tax Declaration and Monitoring

- Prepare and submit monthly Value Added Tax (VAT) declarations.

- Propose quarterly provisional Corporate Income Tax (CIT) payments based on business performance.

- Prepare monthly Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations based on payroll and tax calculations.

- Prepare other tax declarations as required.

- Monitor and ensure timely payment of all taxes.

- Maintain tax records and prepare periodic and ad-hoc tax reports for management.

- Develop best practice financial accounting and control procedure

Data Reconciliation and Tax Finalization

- Review accounting entries related to tax transactions.

- Check and monitor arising tax data and outstanding tax balances.

- Reconcile tax data with the accountant on a monthly and periodic basis.

- Make adjustments and prepare supplementary tax declarations in compliance with regulations.

- Propose appropriate consolidated adjustments according to tax regulations.

- Prepare CIT and PIT finalization reports and declarations.

- Develop tax plans and monitor compliance according to approved tax plans.

Invoice Management

- Register and manage invoice issuance in compliance with tax regulations.

- Handle all procedures related to tax authorities and other government agencies (e.g., lost invoices, corrections, or replacements).

Liaison with Tax Authorities

- Communicate and coordinate directly with tax authorities on all tax-related matters.

- Submit annual CIT and PIT finalization reports to tax authorities.

- Confirm tax data and reconcile with tax authorities as needed.

- Participate in tax inspections and audits conducted by tax authorities.

- Resolve any tax-related issues that arise with government agencies.

- Reconcile tax declarations and tax payments regularly.

Updating Tax Regulations and Training

- Stay informed about new tax policies and regulations.

- Draft internal tax-related procedures and provide timely advice to management on applying new tax regulations to company operations.

- Provide guidance on tax procedures for newly established business lines.

- Handle all tax registration and modification procedures with authorities.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management and the Chief Accountant.

Job Requirement

Kỹ năng yêu cầu:

- Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc Thuế.

- Kiến thức: Nắm vững Luật Thuế, Luật Doanh nghiệp, Luật Thương mại và các quy định liên quan.

- Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kế toán Thuế hoặc tương đương.

- Trung thực, cẩn trọng, có đạo đức nghề nghiệp và tinh thần tuân thủ cao.

- Khả năng phân tích, tổng hợp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.

- Thành thạo Microsoft Excel, Word và các phần mềm kế toán/thuế liên quan.

Requirements:

- Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.

- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of tax law, commercial law, and related regulations.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.

- High professional ethics, attention to detail, honesty, and strong sense of legal compliance.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle situations promptly and accurately.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant accounting or tax software.
