Support customers, staffs to have the full understanding of products and using whilst enhance customer experience in the process of pre-sale and aftersales.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Receive products from Company (Restaurants/Stores/Admin… ) and customers that need to be repaired.
Provide remote troubleshooting support to company and customers via chat, email, and phone.
Check the condition and operation of the product to be repaired.
Consult with company and customers to determine their repair needs.
Perform repairs according to requirements and ensure product quality after repair.
Improve and update product warranty and maintenance procedures.
Update and add to product user guides for company and customers and internal use.
Conduct periodic warranty and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
Participate in training programs from the firm and the company.
Regularly update new products and services as needed.
Complete other tasks as assigned by Manager & BODs.
