Technical staff

JOB SUMMARY:

Support customers, staffs to have the full understanding of products and using whilst enhance customer experience in the process of pre-sale and aftersales.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Receive products from Company (Restaurants/Stores/Admin… ) and customers that need to be repaired.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support to company and customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Check the condition and operation of the product to be repaired.
• Consult with company and customers to determine their repair needs.
• Perform repairs according to requirements and ensure product quality after repair.
• Improve and update product warranty and maintenance procedures.
• Update and add to product user guides for company and customers and internal use.
• Conduct periodic warranty and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Participate in training programs from the firm and the company.
• Regularly update new products and services as needed.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by Manager & BODs.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Vocational College grarduation with related field: mechanical, machinery,…
• 3+ years of experience in repairing accessories: watches, lighters, phones, electronic equipment warranty center,
• Error diagnostic.
• Error diagnostic parameters quick release, event replacement skills.
• Teamwork ability to support colleagues.
• Strong communication skills.
• High sense of Carefullness, Responsibility, learning new products and looking for solutions.
• Working under pressure.
