Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to support the camera test engineering organization.
This role focuses primarily on test equipment purchasing, system-based applications, and equipment
introduction, while also coordinating technical communication across internal teams, customers, and overseas
sites.
This is not an interpreter-centric role. Language support is provided only as part of broader technical and
operational coordination. The successful candidate is expected to understand technical content and actively
drive execution
1. Test Equipment Purchasing & Application (Primary Focus)
• Manage test equipment purchasing activities, including Budget, CTB, PR, and PO applications
• Perform system-based purchasing and budget submissions using internal PC systems
• Prepare and maintain technical documents such as specifications, quotation comparison tables, and justification materials
• Coordinate with IE, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and equipment vendors to ensure timely approval and delivery
2. Audit & Compliance Support (ISO, etc.)
• Prepare, update, and manage documentation for ISO and other audits
• Support audit reviews and follow up on corrective actions
• Coordinate across departments to ensure audit findings are properly closed
3. Customer Technical Coordination
• Participate in regular technical meetings with customers
• Provide explanations related to test flow, equipment configuration, and test status
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate internal follow-up actions
4. Cross-Site Technical Coordination (VN–JP–CN)
• Coordinate technical and operational topics across Vietnam, Japan, and China teams
• Provide context-aware language support (meetings, emails, documents) as part of technical coordination
• Summarize discussions and align action items across sites

5. Test Equipment Introduction & Ramp-Up Support
• Support introduction and ramp-up of new test equipment
• Coordinate installation, bring-up schedules, and issue tracking
• Follow up on maintenance activities and improvement actions after deployment
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related background
Required
• Experience in manufacturing, test engineering, equipment management, or technical operations
• Strong ability to understand technical content and drive cross-functional coordination
• PC skills required for purchasing and application work, including:
o Excel (data organization, quotation comparison, formulas)
o PowerPoint (application and justification materials)
o Experience using internal purchasing / budget application systems
• Business-level English and Japanese or English and Chinese
(meetings, emails, and technical documents)
Preferred
• Experience with camera modules, optics, or electronic components
• Hands-on experience with test equipment introduction or maintenance follow-up
• ISO audit or quality-related experience
• Experience working with overseas manufacturing sites
