1. Talent Acquisition (50%)
Assist in posting recruitment content for Sales, Customer Service, and Back Office roles on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, ETC.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including Sales, Customer Service, and Online Teachers
2. Administrative (50%)
Collect and organize onboarding documents for new employees
Manage and purchase office supplies and snacks at training centers
Assist in organizing internal events such as birthday parties and staff gatherings
Handle vendor communication for purchasing: placing orders, requesting quotations, and processing approvals
Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance requests when needed
Consolidate printing requests for books, certificates from hubs and academic team.
