Ticketing Executive (Sabre Specialist)

What you'll do:

• Manage and process flight bookings, reissues, refunds, and exchanges with expert proficiency using the Sabre GDS.

• Handle complex ticketing scenarios, including multi-segment itineraries, special fares, and group bookings.

• Ensure all ticketing procedures comply with airline regulations and company policies.

• Provide exceptional support to our sales team and clients, resolving ticketing-related queries promptly and accurately.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline rules, fare conditions, and industry changes.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.

Job Requirement

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Ticketing Officer/Specialist with a strong focus on Sabre GDS.

• Expert-level proficiency in Sabre (ticketing, reissues, refunds, exchanges, PNR management). Please highlight your specific Sabre certifications or advanced training if you have them!

• In-depth knowledge of airline ticketing rules, IATA regulations, and fare calculations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Prior experience with international ticketing is a significant plus.
