TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVES – BEAUTY COSMETICS
1. Build sales promotion programs for MT, GT channels:
• Build category growth plan for the whole channel to deliver sales & volume growth
• Develop account plans, promotional activities, visibility, new-user recruitment with a focus on timelines to ensure achieve sales volume, build brand recognition and customers satisfaction.
• Review business results by accounts & by category to come up with actionable plan to deliver positive growth for MT channel.
• Develop campaigns for launching new products.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional programs to adjust them according to business objectives.
• Being up to date with the latest shopper behavior/insights in MT channel
2. Manage budgets:
• Control investment in promotions and displays within the approved budget.
• Analyze sales data to ensure that budget of responsible accounts is met and aligned with strategic objectives.
3. Sales Reports and forecasting:
· Collect and do weekly/ monthly reports of both Sales, promotion, inventory reports. Take action to achive the plan & Sales target.
• Forecast sales for each SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) for MT/GT channel based on weekly/ monthly/quarterly sales plans.
• Support team or other departments in term of data, organize events/ workshop when needed
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the timely implementation of the plans.
4. Operation and sales management:
• Update competitors' activities to maintain awareness and provide feedback of all competitive activity to propose sales program
• Manage bad stock for clearance plan
• Support POSM, listing sample, necessary document, Sale brief when having new product launching and Campaigns.
Be responsible for build and develop, execute, monitor good relationship with Customers.
Job Requirement
• Having mindset that associates marketing activities with market, customer, and revenue development. Work on results.
• Having mindset about numbers and data to be able to perform data-driven.
• Good management skills: planning – managing - implementation during the plan - evaluation report at the end of the campaign; Good ability to work with personnel: training, development, encouragement, control and evaluation.
• Proficient in using office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the fields of FMCG, Beauty/ Healthy care.
• Ability to direct, create content, synthesize information and research and understand the market.
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, responsible at work, highly adaptable, dynamic and skilled in teamwork.
