Oversee the deployment of POSM across stores, ensuring proper usage and visibility.
Monitor the usage efficiency and compliance with brand guidelines.
Benchmark competitors’ POSM activities and propose upgrades or improvements to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
2. Trade Marketing Activities
Provide support for other Trade Marketing initiatives when needed, such as dealer/sub-dealer conventions, end-user promotion execution, and store activations.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on key project deployments when required.
3. Channel Promotion & Trade Program
Plan and design promotional schemes for various trade programs tailored to different distribution channels.
Collect and analyze data based on inputs from Field force team.
Track, assess, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize program performance.
Manage program budgets (P&L), ensure compliance with tax and legal regulations.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
5++ years of experience in Trade Marketing or similar roles, preferably in consumer goods, electronics, or retail distribution sectors.
Solid understanding of sales channels, market dynamics, and shopper behavior.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficient in Excel and data tools.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel and work in the field when required.
