Job Description

Responsible for all technical and customer service training for employees at store level.

  • Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes and workflows for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage training schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations, and manage training equipment and materials.
  • Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
  • Oversee technical training implementation.
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training and how it affects KPIs.
  • Partner with Brand Managers and other stakeholder regarding instructional design.
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in program offerings.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or related area required.
  • At least two years of experience in training with one year of supervisory experience required.
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
  • Thorough understanding of training processes.
  • Ability to moderate large groups.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
