2. Training Program Development and Implementation
Design comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees, focusing on product knowledge, application techniques, customer service, and sales strategies.
Implement training initiatives that meet the needs of diverse audiences, including sales teams, retail staff, internal and external partners.
3. Content Creation
Create engaging and effective training materials, such as manuals, video tutorials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Ensure training materials are tailored to various learning styles and needs.
4. Training Delivery
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions including in-house and retail partners
Ensure training sessions are interactive and engaging to maximize learning retention.
5. Continuous Improvement
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Use insights to continuously improve and update training content and methods.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with marketing team, medical team, and sales teams to ensure training programs are aligned with product launches, brand messaging, and sales goals.
7. Support and Coaching
Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees.
Ensure successful application of learned skills and knowledge in their roles.
8. Event Coordination
Plan and execute training events, workshops, and seminars.
Manage logistics and coordinate with vendors as needed.
9. Staying Current with Industry Trends
Keep abreast of industry trends, product innovations, and best practices in training and development within the beauty industry.
10. Reporting
Prepare and present regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and impact to senior management.
Job Requirement
Minimum of 2 to 3 years experienced in a similar position.
Previous experience as trainer or sales. Sales experience, knowledge, training for sales force is highly preferred.
Proven track record in designing and delivering successful training programs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for education and training purposes.
Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of cosmetics products and trends.
