Taking care of daily requests/ bookings from your agent, which are assigned by Market/ Department Manager;
Create and maintain an excellent relationship with our customers/agents while quoting their request, consulting them on product services as well as mange their bookings accordingly;
Major Responsibilities
Responsible for creating and maintaining an excellent customer’s relationship. Ensure smooth communication and cooperation with customers/agents;
Follow up with customers/agents in order to get final feedback/confirmation following our offer, optimize materialization of quotation;
Key correspondence person for MICE / FIT/ AdHoc Group of India Market groups inquiries;
Consult and liaison with agents to tailor MICE / FIT/ AdHoc Group of India Market solutions for clients
Creating itineraries and quotations for MICE / FIT/ AdHoc Group of India Market and reconfirming bookings for overseas agents;
Constantly maintain and improve layout and content of a MICE / FIT/ AdHoc Group of India Market proposal;
Actively enhance agent network for Asian Trails, develop and increase client database;
Deals with hotels and suppliers in Vietnam to get the most competitive rates and/or other benefits for client and Asian Trails;
Coordinating with Operation Departments to ensure delivery of high-quality services;
Accompany Groups to ensure high quality delivery of services throughout and function as main ground coordinator for the events;
Follow up key account feedback in order to have an appropriate improvement;
Escort inspection and Fam trips of agents upon request;
Understand and well utilize the reservation/booking system of Asian Trails;
Input of all MICE / FIT/ AdHoc Group of India Market requests in software of Asian Trails;
Leaning the communication, sales, consulting skills;
Make sure out of e-mail replies are set up for team members on leaves. And daily e-mail/tasks are taken care of by other staff in case of sickness/leave;
Note: this description includes the mentioned duties/extended duties can be extending during assignment.
Job Requirement
Minimum 1 years working in tourism, preferably in inbound (international);
Excellent communication skills in English (writing & oral), any additional spoken language is an advantage;
Mature and experienced in negotiation & commercial thinking;
Able to work both independent and as part of a team;
Advanced computer skills: Microsoft office applications (excel, word) email (outlook), ability to adapt quickly to new IT programs/environments;
Ability to work under high work load pressure;
