Ensure consumer feedback and media reports happening on the internet are collected timely, completely and accurately.
Collect consumer and media feedback on products and brands from the internet, including social media, mainstream news portal, APPs, search engines, forums etc.
Identify crisis issues from the feedback and escalate it to the corresponding teams timely.
Follow up the progress of the cases escalated.
Communicate and extend good relationships with customer contact center and service center to ensure smooth escalation and execution of the cases escalated.
Maintain search keywords to capture the accurate feedback periodically.
Prepare regular reports for the cases escalated.
Good command of spoken and written main local language plus English or Chinese.
Detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work as a good team player with a positive service attitude.
Basic knowledge and understanding of smartphones is much preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
