Urgent - Recruitment & Administration Support (Temp, 3 months)

Job Description

• Contact candidates to schedule interviews, send interview invitations, and notify them of the results
• Support the organization and facilitation of interviews (both in-person and online)
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and prepare necessary onboarding documents
• Assist in updating candidate databases, HR records, reports and employment contracts
• Help organize simple internal activities such as team-building events, year-end party, health checkup,..
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Reporting officer/ Manager

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment support or HR administration
• Good English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Immediate availability is a plus
