Warehouse supervisor (Planning)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations:

• Coordinate with departments to execute daily operation plans effectively.
• Monitor inbound, outbound and productivity to meet customer and company KPIs
• Train and guide staff to follow SOPs and job standards.
• Identify and address operational and system issues to in charge person to solve

2. Project Development:

• Participate in setting up processes for new projects.
• Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Review and address non-conformities in operations.

3. Manpower Management:

• Update and deliver training programs for inbound/outbound staffs
• Revise procedures based on customer requirements or internal changes.

4. Expected Outcomes:

• Achieve customer and departmental KPIs.
• Meet business performance targets.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Certifications: Preferably with logistics or warehouse-related certifications.
• Experience: 2–3 years in distribution center operations with team management experience.
• Experience in management team > 2 people
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of bonded warehouse operation is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and able to communicate across all levels.
