- Work Location: District 01, HCMC
- Monthly Salary: 37M ~ 50M VND Gross
<Job Responsibilities>
- Identifying and sourcing potential clients and partners for rental/ lease of apartments in Ho Chi Minh City
- Introducing and showing properties to clients based on their requirements
- Preparing quotations, contracts, and other necessary documents for clients and partners
- Reviewing rental/ service fees, tracking accounts receivable, and sending payment requests to clients regularly
- Reporting regularly or on-demand to direct supervisors and headquarters in Hanoi
- Building a database of potential companies/partners to introduce services
- Gaining a deep understanding of available apartments and services in Ho Chi Minh City, especially new properties
- Handling urgent requests and resolving issues for clients
- Collaborating with the team to meet business goals
- Handling other tasks as assigned by the office in Ho Chi Minh City or management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Korean or Taiwanese Mandarin or Singaporean English equivalent to Native Level and English - Business Level (Equivalent to IELTS 6.5)
・Experience/ Skills:
- At least 3 years experience in any industry (enough experience for making WP)
- Presentable appearance and self-care awareness
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience studying overseas is an advantage
- Previous experience as a Sales Executive is an advantage
