Responsibility
• Coordination among the company management and departments to establish and achieve company strategic objectives for the short term and long term. Analytical ability to understand and interpret data for a range of audiences.
• Exemplary administration skills to make sound and appropriate judgements at each stage of the planning process.
• Strong numeracy skills with experience of managing complex budgets.
• An ability to prioritise workloads and juggle competing demands.
• Superior written and verbal communication.
• Faultless planning skills including deep understanding of the planning consent process.
• Clients face competencies with the ability to present and communicate at senior levels and across a
• Coordinate and support the project's commercial aspects and well monitors ensuring production schedule and efficiency to a maximum.
• Support in setting up the company strategy from commercial, financial and technical aspects and based on that, lead to making sophisticated presentation material to the sponsors and the lenders.
• Physically develop and make the company’s business plan for 5 years and 3 years, yearly and quarterly.
• Collaborate with the site management team to understand and consolidate site plans, support any special use permits, and forecast all required strategies to ensure operation efficiency.
• Understand the company's financial status, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure 100% business continuity and supply risks well-managed throughout the whole supplier lifecycle.
• Overview and well monitor any billing matters, and utilize resources for billing efficiency.
• Recommend appropriate business requirements policy.
• Maintain optimal level of performance within the required budget and ensure compliance with all required standards.
• Effectively integrate internal and external resources, improve planning team organization and the competitive advantage.
• Manages all general planning issues for a department or project.
• Submit reports and memorandums to EVN.
• Collaborate with entities during dispute resolution.
• Closely coordinate with the Coal logistics team, coal handling team and EVN to build up a good annual plan for coal importing quantity and schedule to ensure the coal stock is enough for operation and provision, avoid over imported.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis as required.
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce,...or relevant majors. MBA is an advantage.
・Gender & Age: Any
・Language: English business level (good in communication, presentation & writing)
・Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of proven development, planning, and management experience in the power project sector.
- Extensive experience in the planning process from preparation and submission to consent and appeal.
- Evidence of previous report writing and making recommendations on major planning applications.
- Analytical track record for using and translating data for proposal planning purposes.
- Experienced in planning strategies and company operation management.
- Project management know-how with previous experience planning projects from formation to finalization.
- Experience in working with international partners and especially government entities.

1. For Officier :
