Responsible for reporting to the VP of Sales as per company regulations concerning department operations.
Execute tasks and directives assigned by upper management to meet company objectives.
Collaborate with managers and employees to successfully achieve project goals.
Represent the company in marketing and promoting products and services to customers, partners, and suppliers.
Develop the companys customer network, including direct investors, general contractors, industrial zone owners, and consultants.
Manage project bidding activities: receive tender documents, prepare bidding proposals, negotiate pricing, and handle contracts with customers.
Coordinate the project implementation process with related departments such as PMD, EMD, Finance, and Debt Management to ensure the project is completed on time, payments are collected, and project documentation is finalized.
Ensure that both personal and department sales KPIs are met.
Support the implementation of marketing and sales tools to attract new customers and provide reference data for clients.
Maintain customer information for sales management and control by the executive board.
Take care of existing clients and seek new customers through various market sources and tools.
Oversee the entire project information during the bidding phase. Participate in design control, pricing, and advising on solutions based on bidding experience and project data.
Work with departments to monitor and manage projects throughout the contract period.
Collaborate with departments to manage payment and project finalization documents.
Train and mentor junior staff and support the companys branches as needed.
Establish new customer relationships and maintain existing ones to create business opportunities and promote the companys products.
Recruit and manage sales personnel, developing and growing the sales team.
Create and implement production and business plans for the company.
Seek partners to expand business and market development.
Advise the executive board on product and business development strategies.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction/steel structure sector, with experience in data collection and sales analysis.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and team management skills.
Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proficiency in technical software, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
