What will you do
· Planning and manage promotional campaign schedules of brands and partners of e-commerce: birthday, November 11, December 12, Holiday,...etc
· Brainstorm ideas and develop interesting campaigns to attract and increase traffic
· Manage the promotional programs to ensure the performance.
· Receive and process arising tasks under the direction of the Board of Directors
· Implement cooperative promotional programs with partners
· Daily or weekly report the campaign performance
· Program management : Monitor the performance of campaigns across various platforms, adjusting strategy as needed to optimize spend and ROI or ROAS
· Performance analytics: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and generate detailed reports
· Be trendy according to GenZ trends.
· Creativity and flexibility in work.
· Have strategic thinking.
· Good communication, negotiation, negotiation and situation handling skills.
· Foreign language proficiency: use English fluently to meet work needs.
· Graduated from University majoring in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or related majors.
· Have experience in an Ecommerce environment or retail chain for 1 year or more.
