Job Description

1. Research and Development:
- Conduct market research, technology trends, and competitors to identify new directions for development.
- Develop and improve existing construction processes and technologies
2. Collaboration and Networking:
- Build and maintain cooperative relationships with technology partners, research institutes, and organizations in the construction sector.
3. Training and Human Resource Development:
- Ensure R&D team have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks.
4. Monitor and Report:
- Monitor and supervise the progress of R&D projects, ensure compliance with set goals and standards.
5. Quality Assurance and Standards:
- Ensure that products and development processes comply with technical standards and legal regulations.

Job Requirement

[MUST]
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or other relevant majors
- At least 5 years of experience working in product development at general contractors for industrial and civil construction
- Fluent in English (Upper- Intermediate level)
