The purpose of the Personal Assistant role is to provide personal administrative support and assistance to the Founder/CEO. The support will be for all the Groups’ businesses and personal level (to be explained and elaborated in detail in the interview)
Assist the Founder/CEO with administrative tasks such as typing/reading emails, etc.
Handle the travel arrangements, expense claims and formatting of reports
Supervise TOI emails - John@; hello@; and other email addresses from other Departments and entities
Taking meeting minutes, arrange sales calls and trade show registration when necessary
Manage Founder/CEO’s schedule properly
Report directly to the Founder/CEO
Job Requirement
Tertiary studies in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration
Knowledge of tourism, foreign culture
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Basic accounting knowledge
At least 1-year experience at Secretary or Personal Assistant
Detailed oriented
Be organized
Be most appropriate and ability to communicate well with people from different levels
Be flexible with time and work long hours
Excellent written and spoken English
Thorough understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power-point etc.)
