Be responsible for all C&B matters related to Vietnamese & Expat Teachers and Employees at company and the schools:
To ensure the accurate and timely implementation of professional activities related to:
Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance
The monthly Timesheets
The reports on labor, salary scale and payroll as prescribed
The probation contract, labor contract of the employee
Other modes of work
Manage and update the leave, maternity leave of employees.
Making proposals, decisions, notifications, letters, minutes related to personnel work.
Monitor and update regulations, new laws related to employees.
Track and checking timesheet, giving warning (if any)
Ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of payroll services to staff
Support team to build up HR policies to be competitive and fit business strategy.
Coordinate with Legal Department to regularly review, update and administer C&B procedures and programmes to ensure up to date, compliance with legal regulations and company policies
Perform other tasks as required by the C&B Team Leader / P&C Manager.
University graduate, economics, labor wages, personnel management, Business Administration;
Experience:3 years with a similar position;
Knowledge of Vietnam labor law, environment and health and safety regulations;
Sensitive and good communication skills;
Have a can do mindset and be opened to be rotated in all areas of HR;
Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
Familiar with office computers skills;
High responsibility, ability to work independently;
Good communication & organizational skill.
