MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the overall marketing and business goals of all campuses.
Look after all campus content plans and synergize for the best impact
Analyze communication trends to choose suitable themes/content for communication in each stage and specific campaigns.
Measure the effectiveness of communication of the implemented content. Monitor and report Content effectiveness to direct management.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and create content plans to support those objectives.
2. Content Creation:
Develop (write, create) content for articles/videos/images on the website, blog, forums, social media applications, etc., related to the school or target customers.
Create content using language and images that convey brand messages, building customer brand awareness.
Ensure all content is well-researched, accurate, appropriate, and tailored to the target audience.
Write and edit content with a focus on clarity, consistency, and alignment with the organization’s voice.
3. Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure the content released is aligned with Schools’s image and design standards.
Tasks are assigned by the line manager.
Collaboratively work with booking agency to ensure the booking plan is timely and effectively implemented and monitored.
EXPECTED DIMENSION
Monitor user interactions daily on the school's digital channels.
Produce posts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and websites….
Track and develop interactions on the School’'s social media pages: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn…
Generate trendsetting, standout content compared to the general landscape of international schools.
Understand the target audience's psychology and create compatible content to attract them, turning them into potential customers.
Support in ensuring the Enrollment department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Languages, or a related field.
Have at least 4-5 years of experience in communications, especially in positions related to content development and creativity.
Experience working in schools, particularly in the international school sector.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with attention to details.
Proficiency in using content management systems and social media platforms.
Experience with analytics tools to measure and optimize content performance.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
Skills in planning, organizing, and executing projects effectively.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Capability to conduct thorough research and gather relevant information.
