Identify and approach potential suppliers to list their products on the platform. Negotiate and sign supply contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
Maintain ongoing relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products.
Follow up on any issues or disputes with suppliers, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive partnerships.
Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. Ensure that all website content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Assist in the execution of online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Manage customer inquiries and support tickets related to the online store, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability and timely order fulfillment.
Process orders, returns, and refunds, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Generate regular reports on e-commerce activities, providing insights and recommendations to the E-Commerce Manager.
Experience in e-commerce or supplier management.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier acquisition and contract management.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS).
Basic understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of CRM systems and customer segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
