Plan and develop sales plan/forecast (target customers and products) that meetsCompany strategy
Lead Sales Team (sales associates and/or sales admin) to implement plans and achievetargets. Lead and coach sales team to improve sales abilities and carry out relevantoperations.
Identify and initiate contact with new customers to present company's capabilities andrange of fabrics.
Develop new business by building sales leads and opportunities with new customers.
Establish strong relationships with customers and gather market information.
Responsible for quickly delivering samples by working closely with R&D Team to developnew products per customer or other specifications
Responsible for delivery on time (DOT) of products by working with Production Team(Factory and QC) to produce and deliver products on-time
Work with Sales, R&D, and Production, and mills to solve problems including qualityissues, delivery issues, etc.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, andreports of operations and finances of your department
Manage and coach Sales Team to understand and follow company strategy,operations/systems, policy and values. Help junior staff grow in abilities and contribution.
Job Requirement
Have a minimum of diploma University degree in any discipline.
Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experiences as a Sales executive for the textile industry.
Have excellent negotiation skills, strong personality, communication, and interpersonalskills.
Ability to lead and coach team members.
Proactive with problem solving ability.
Business level English for both oral and written. Chinese speaking strongly preferred.
Working hours:+ Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm + Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
