We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns for F&B brands across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of consumer behavior in the food & beverage industry and hands-on experience with social media content, influencers, and CRM tools to drive both engagement and customer retention.
Digital Campaign Execution
Execute digital marketing campaigns for product launches and promotional activities.
Collaborate with designer & marketing lead to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
Social Media Management
Develop content calendars and produce engaging content tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Monitor social trends and incorporate trending formats (memes, reels, viral topics) into brand content.
Work with content creators and designers to produce visuals and short-form videos.
KOL/KOC Collaboration
Research and propose suitable KOLs/KOCs for brand campaigns based on target audience.
Coordinate influencer briefing, content review, and campaign execution.
Track and evaluate performance of influencer activities.
CRM & Loyalty Marketing
Collaborate with marketing lead to execute customer retention activities (email campaigns, push notifications, loyalty app updates, chatbot engagement, etc.).
Segment customer data and personalize messaging for re-engagement and upsell.
Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements for user journeys across digital channels.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance across paid and organic digital channels.
Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Center, Google Trends, etc. to generate insights.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest data-driven optimizations.

Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's Degree of Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.
Work related skills:
In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok platform mechanics and audience behavior.
Experience working with influencers (KOLs/KOCs) and social content creators.
Familiarity with ad management tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and basic performance tracking.
