Join our dynamic team as an Operations and Financial Coordinator, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and financial excellence for our franchise stores and local brands TIARA and GENTITI. Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Prepare and analyze P&L statements and financial reports.
Calculate gross profit for promotional campaigns and private sales events based on proposals from the marketing team and provide financial insights.
Monitor financial performance to ensure alignment with targets.
Analyze sales data to inform operational decisions and forecast demand accurately.
Proficiency in Power BI is preferable for generating insights and visual reports.
General Financial Support:
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Process expenses reports and reimbursements.
Assist in preparing financial presentations and reports for management review.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Coordinate with external auditors during audits to ensure compliance.
Handle day-to-day financial administrative tasks, including invoicing and billing of vendors.
Develop and maintain pricing structures to optimize profitability.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in the retail or franchise industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is a must.
