[HCMC] Assistant to MD - Nonfood HBC (7-month contract)

Job Description

1. Main duties:

1.1 New product launching:

• Follow up the product samples and quality certification checking flow.
• Preparing POG data.
• Create product code, place orders
• Tracking product certification expiration.

1.2 Mailer:

• Support MD to collect, push and update promotion scheme from suppliers.
• DOIT form and Maler check
• Price change on System
• Inventory check/ Product display in store / POP
• Manage supplier delivery schedule through RDC

1.3 Contract following

• Preparing new supplier contract document / Liquidation
• Supplier payments/ rebate tracking

1.4 Other supports:

• Sales/ inventory reports
• Competitors survey
• Other documentary/ administrative tasks.
• Support and handle tasks from MD, Manager assign.

2. Rules and Regulations

• Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
• Related departments: Accounting, Supplier management, RDC, Operation team, Legal, ..

Job Requirement

• Bachelor/College degree
• Fresher is welcomed
• Adaptable and flexible, Integrity and transparency
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good command in English (Written & Oral)
• Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
