Key Activities:
• Manage and develop the portfolio of business-to-business (B2B) key accounts
• Build long-term relationships with major clients
• Drive revenue growth, and ensure optimal service delivery
• Contributing to the sustainable development of the company in the retail industry
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Key Account Management & Development (30%)
a. Build, maintain, and develop relationships with key B2B clients (corporates, hotels, restaurants, retail chains, etc.).
b. Understand clients’ needs and propose suitable product/service solutions.
c. Ensure the highest level of service for clients and promptly resolve any issues arising.
d. Develop long-term strategies for client engagement and enhance customer loyalty.
2. Business Strategy Planning & Execution (20%)
a. Develop sales plans for different periods (monthly/quarterly/annually).
b. Set sales targets and allocate quotas for each B2B client.
c. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance, etc.) to optimize service and customer experience.
d. Monitor and evaluate business performance, proposing adjustments when necessary.
3. Contract Negotiation & Commercial Policy (20%)
a. Prepare and negotiate contracts with B2B clients, ensuring mutually beneficial commercial terms.
b. Develop pricing strategies and promotional programs tailored to different client segments.
c. Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and compliance with company policies.
4. Market Expansion & New Client Acquisition (15%)
a. Research the market and competitors to identify opportunities for expanding the B2B customer base.
b. Develop plans to approach and acquire potential clients in relevant industries.
c. Work with the Marketing team to implement promotional programs to boost sales.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting (15%)
a. Monitor and analyze sales data to propose strategies for revenue optimization.
b. Provide periodic reports on business performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
c. Suggest process improvements to enhance work efficiency.
1. University degree
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods industries.
3. Experience working with large corporate clients, restaurant chains, hotels, and service companies
4. Strong negotiation, contract management, and commercial acumen
Preferred skills
1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and partners
2. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
3. Ability to work independently and perform under sales pressure.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Good command of English
