Provide strategic counsel on human resources issues to the Executive Board.
Create and put into effect organizational structures and strategic HR policies that support business goals.
Provide guidance on labor relations in accordance with labor legislation, training and development initiatives, performance management systems, overall rewards, and talent acquisition tactics.
Oversee the hiring process to draw in and choose competent candidates in accordance with the business objectives of the organization.
Work together with department leaders to draft and revise job descriptions for every role.
Create and carry out training and development initiatives to improve staff members' abilities and output.
Manage orientation and onboarding initiatives for staff members to promote a positive outlook on the mission and culture of the organization.
Create and put into effect competitive and equitable policies for pay and benefits, including pay scales, benefits, and allowances.
Manage employee benefits and social insurance duties in accordance with the law.
Oversee HR administrative duties, such as keeping HR documentation and data up to date.
Job Requirement
Graduated from Univerisity, major in Human Resource Management is an advantage.
At least 3 - 5 years as a same position in the FDI manufacturing companies.
