• Training staff about Line balancing, Line diagram design, Productivity monitoring, Timekeeping, and IE calculation formula.
• Manage and monitor the work of staff, assign and assign specific tasks: Balancing lines, layout, tracking code conversion...
• Monitor sewing line productivity and assign staff to find out the reason, and notify relevant departments to promptly resolve problems.
• Check the production line balance status...
• Provide timely solutions to avoid production interruptions.
• Make reports related to improving production efficiency.
