1- Planning main duties:
1.1 Supply:
- Weekly meeting with Commercial, VN Supply and connect team to tracking the status of orders. Updating the risk of supply into orders and FCST (port congestion, brewery capacity by seasonal, material supply risk...) to take action/ back up plan properly. Escalation immediately to higher level if risk of supply.
- Tracking the status of shipment to ensure loading/ ETD/ETA as plan to avoid OOS as well as NR in the finacial preiod
1.2 Meeting/ Report:
- Handle all the meeting of S&OE/S&OP of non VN source to ensure information communicate clearly to all stakeholders
- Attend full Global connect & Zone Internation log meeting and escalate support need if have
- VLC routine report and accural
2. Logistics Main duties
2.1. VLC
- Coordinate with Global Procurement team and Zone/ BU procurement to ensure the OF Rate will be most optimizest
- Tracking and monitor shipments booking and shipments status with connect team/IMEX Team/Supply team & commercial to ensure no extra cost into VLC due to non-comply the working process follow RACI as alignment.
- Tracking performance of VLC/HL of SEA and seeking the chance to improve
2.2 Localization/Innovation:
- Coordinate with Zone/BU supply/Supply PPM and commercial to lead the localization process, maximize the product produce among APAC
- Coordinate with all function to ensure all the innovation properly follow up
3- People development.
Ensure team to follow and implement strictly all regulations, policies, instructions issued by the Management of ABI and by laws.
Manage the department’s people pipeline by training, supporting employees in implementing of their growth plans, feedback, fairly and equitable individual performance evaluation. Make succession plans, develop the reserve forces in a proactive manner.
4. Planning & Logistics system:
- Coordinate with planning & logistics to build up the working process follow Global standard (LCP)
- Implemented all CLP request and YoY improving to achieve means in operation
- Apply VPO into daily operation to seek the problem solving, routine and improving
