The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering day-to-day technical support, including hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless IT operations and a secure technology environment.
This role requires expertise in troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, IT asset management, and cybersecurity best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day end-user support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365
• Handle onboarding and offboarding (device setup, account provisioning)
• Perform basic Microsoft 365 Admin Center operations
• Troubleshoot connectivity, device, and system access issues
• Maintain IT asset inventory with regular audits
• Support incident logging and SLA-based resolution workflows
• Enhancement of cybersecurity controls (M365 Security, MFA, data backup solutions)
• Development of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
• Creation of IT vendor contract management standards
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration
Experience
• Experience in IT operations within professional services, corporate, or enterprise environments preferred
