1. Implement Learning & Development Plans (70%)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the development plan effectively and budget management.
- Measure the effectiveness of development activities according to the Kirkpatrick Model.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver an Induction Program to fully onboard newcomers.
- Track and manage employees' learning progress for mandatory e-learning courses, ensuring full compliance.
- Implement targeted development programs (e.g., English learning, functional learning) to enhance employee capabilities.
- Roll out the development program from the Supply Chain level to the brewery, and make sure that it is aligned and well-implemented.
- Conduct functional competency and skills assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Oversee Personal Development Plans (PDPs), ensuring high-quality submissions and completion tracking.
Success Indicators:
Development plans and budgets are executed OTIF and effectively managed.
100% completion rate for induction and mandatory e-learning programs.
Targeted development programs are implemented OTIF.
Competency and skills assessments are monitored and reported OTIF.
PDPs are managed, ensuring quality according to the company’s requirement and progress tracking.
2. Foster a Learning Culture (20%)
- Foster a learning and sharing culture by facilitating employee collaboration and knowledge sharing through learn, share & reapply activites (Leadership Talk program and Good Practice Sharing)
- Lead climate survey deep-dive sessions, working with stakeholders to develop and track action plans for workplace improvements.
Success Indicators:
All Learn, Share & Reapply activities are implemented on time and in full, achieving the target satisfaction scores from participants and the Leadership Team's evaluation.
Climate survey insights are translated into actionable improvements and action plan are implemented & well-tracked.
3. Other tasks related to L&D assigned by Line Manager (10%)
1. Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
2. Experience
2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or relevant roles in the FMCG industry.
3. Skills & Competencies
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
Proven ability to manage and deliver training programs.
Good at communication and interactional skills.
Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
4. Language Proficiency
English: Upper Intermediate (CEFR).
