Job Description
1. Customer Maintenance:
- Manage and assist customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and analytics to track performance and trends.
- Monitor and manage customer targets to align with business objectives.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer performance and engagement.
2. Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve targeted sales goals.
- Identify and expand market opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Create and maintain MCP for systematic market development.
- Execute sales activities, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals.
3. Sales Support:
- Develop and propose customer quotations based on business needs.
- Review and verify business contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Draft and compose business contracts as required.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors as needed.

Job Requirement
REQUIRMENTS:
- Education: University graduated.
- Communication skills, ability to work independently, teamwork, Ms Office
- Intermediate in English
- At least 1- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preferably with experience in the Retail, wholesale, FMCG industry.
