Mô tả Công việc
1. Customer Maintenance:
Manage and assist customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Prepare and analyze sales reports and analytics to track performance and trends.
Monitor and manage customer targets to align with business objectives.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Develop strategies to enhance customer performance and engagement.
2. Market Expansion:
Develop and implement business plans to achieve targeted sales goals.
Identify and expand market opportunities to grow the customer base.
Create and maintain MCP for systematic market development.
Execute sales activities, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals.
3. Sales Support:
Develop and propose customer quotations based on business needs.
Review and verify business contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
Draft and compose business contracts as required.
Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors as needed.

REQUIRMENTS:
- Education: University graduated.
- Communication skills, ability to work independently, teamwork, Ms Office
- Intermediate in English
- At least 1- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preferably with experience in the Retail, wholesale, FMCG industry.
